Vinification and maturing
Vatting is about 20 days follow up by maturing in oak barrels, for 14 months.
A rubis colour with a complex nose which reveals cherry, blackcurrant and wood aromas. Structured and strong mouth, this wine shows same aromas as on the nose with elegent tannins.
